Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Changes and Cancellations

We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has been shipped, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide orders. Pricing and Payment Options

Sales Tax

Shipping: European Union
All shipments within the European Union can be shipped via Express Courier or National Mail (Correos). For orders totaling €150 or more (not including taxes), customers have the option of complimentary shipping via Express Courier (return and exchange shipments are not covered by BiniChic). To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time for shipping. Returns and Exchanges
BiniChic wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to us directly [*see exceptions] within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the package. If your return is sent past the 14 days as stated above, it will be subject to one of two things: 1). It will once again become property of BiniChic and your account will not be credited in any way. Or alternately, 2). It will be sent back to you at your expense. BiniChic is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure or any other uncontrollable events. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at BiniChic's sole discretion.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
